My Story...
Fresh out of speech pathology school in Baltimore, I moved to New York City with one goal—to help singers and actors find their voice. I had the training, the passion, and a dream of building a private practice for performers. That dream came true. Over the past 20+ years, I've been honored to work with Broadway Singers, Hollywood Actors, TED speakers, Google execs and more on overcoming vocal challenges, staying vocally healthy amidst grueling performance schedules, developing more versatility to book more gigs, and becoming a more powerful, authentic storyteller.

Through that work, I refined a method that simplifies and supercharges vocal training. I discovered that the key to vocal consistency and growth wasn’t about cramming in long, exhausting practice sessions—it was about daily, focused, and intentional work. The kind of work that builds strength, stamina, and confidence over time without leading to burnout or injury. That’s why I created The Daily Practice, a structured, science-backed vocal routine designed to fit into even the busiest performer’s schedule. It’s a streamlined, 20-minute workout that trains your voice like an athlete—so you can build power, eliminate strain, and sing with greater ease every single day.

About the Program

This intensive will help you build a resilient and dynamic voice with increased strength, stamina, ease, and power, allowing you to tackle any performance challenge. You'll also learn to sing with less vocal effort and greater efficiency, reducing vocal effort and fatigue even during long sessions. Most importantly, you'll develop healthy vocal habits and techniques to prevent vocal injury and keep your voice in top shape.

- Alignment exercises: Improve your posture and alignment for optimal breath support and vocal freedom so that you can sing with ease and avoid tension.
- Anchoring: Learn how to do innovative support techniques to improve your strength, stamina and power.Â
- SOVTEs: Explore Semi-Occluded Vocal Tract exercises to improve vocal fold closure, decrease gunk and reduce vocal fatigue so that you can sing for longer periods without strain.
